1. Open the job and find candidates in the Invited section 0:00
Go to Jobs and open the relevant job listing.
In the Invited section, you’ll see candidates who have already received an invite.
Each candidate entry shows the date and time the original invitation was sent.
2. Select one or more candidates to resend the invite 0:22
If a candidate has not started the assessment, you can resend the invitation.
Click the candidate(s) you want to re-invite.
You can multi-select multiple candidates at once.
3. Click Resend to send the invitation again 0:30
After selecting the candidates, click Resend.
The invite will be sent again to the selected candidates.
This is the quickest way to follow up when candidates have not attempted the interview.
4. Adjust invitation expiry in the job settings 0:44
If needed, edit the job listing.
Go to the Settings section.
Update the invitation expiry to control how long the invite remains valid.
5. Enable additional invite notifications and reminders 0:53
You can configure WhatsApp notifications so candidates receive both email and WhatsApp alerts.
Candidates will be notified that they have been shortlisted and invited to complete the assessment.
You can also set the number of automated reminders.
By default, the system sends a daily reminder after a candidate is invited.
6. Turn on phone-call reminders if desired 1:05
You can also enable phone call-based reminders.
An AI call will contact the candidate and ask them to complete the assessment they received by email.
This adds another follow-up channel beyond email and WhatsApp.
