Steps
1. Verify / finish the job setup
Go to Jobs → find the job → click Edit job.
Confirm the job description, required Skills / Tools, and review interview Questions.
Under job settings: Enable WhatsApp invitation (so candidates get both Email + WhatsApp).
Click Save settings.
2. Open the job’s candidate board
From Jobs click View candidates on the job you want to work with.
You’ll see the Kanban board (Prospect, Scheduled, Goodfit, Poorfit, etc.).
3. Add candidates directly by email (fast invite)
In the candidates view click the + (plus) icon.
Paste one or more email addresses (hit enter once email is complete) into the field.
Send - those emails receive an invitation link to take the AI interview immediately.
4. Bulk invite via CSV
Instead of typing emails, use the Upload CSV option (same plus menu) to add many candidates at once.
After upload, trigger invitations as described in Step 6.
5. Add candidates by uploading resumes (Prospect)
In the Prospect column click the + icon → choose the drag & drop resumes action.
Select resumes from your desktop and upload.
GoodFit will parse each resume and generate a resume score (probability of good fit).
6. Invite prospects to take the AI interview
Go to the Invitation tab (or select candidates in Prospect).
Select the candidates you want to invite.
Click Invite candidates — they receive the AI interview link by email (and WhatsApp if enabled).
7. Review results
After a candidate completes the AI interview their result auto-classifies (e.g., Good fit or Poor fit).
Click a candidate card to open the Candidate Evaluation Report and view their detailed results.
8. Move candidates to human (scheduled) interview rounds
To set up a live interview, drag the candidate from their current column into the Scheduled (Human round) column.
Add/assign team members, choose Google Meet or Microsoft Teams for the meeting, and schedule.
9. Add team members & set permissions
Go to Settings → Organization settings.
Add team members and assign role:
Admin = full permissions (add/move candidates, edit jobs, etc.)
Member = view only, limited actions.
Recruiter = access to edit and make changes to an assigned job
10. Enable a public careers page or embed code
In Organization settings complete your organization’s career page details.
You’ll get a careers page URL and an embed code you can place on your website so candidates can apply directly into the system.
11. Share a job-specific interview link directly
If someone messages you (email/WhatsApp) asking to apply: go to Jobs → select job → Edit job.
Copy the unique interview link for that job and send it to them.
They complete the interview and appear automatically on the Kanban board.
12. Optional settings you may want to enable
Mobile access: allow candidates to take interviews on mobile.
Require resume on email invites: force resume submission if you invite by email only.
What happens after invitations are sent
Candidates receive the link (email ± WhatsApp).
They take the AI interview.
GoodFit auto-scores and classifies them; you can view the full evaluation report.
Move promising candidates to scheduled human rounds, or continue the pipeline as needed.
Troubleshooting / tips
Candidates not receiving invites: confirm email address is correct and WhatsApp invitations are enabled if you expected WhatsApp.
Resume parsing failed: re-upload the resume in PDF or standard DOCX format.
Want a branded experience: finish your organization career page and use the embed code so candidates apply through your site.
Bulk hiring: use CSV upload + invitations to scale quickly.
